RAISING DONATIONS FOR CHILDREN IN GAZA

SUNDAY 28 JULY
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

In the heartbreak and grief at the violence we are witnessing in the world, we are called to gather the daughters, sisters and mothers of our community to offer our prayers, our practices and our hope as we tend to our Collective Heart.

This intentional afternoon will be lovingly held by Paula Andreewitch and Jessica Weaver, offering movement practice, meditation, and chants to the Goddess as pathways into a felt knowing of our collective heart; uniting in compassion and purpose to raise funds for the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF).

Join us for an afternoon of devotion & prayer.

Jessica Maria Weaver

As founder of The Shanti Space my journey inspired me to bring to life the calling of curating sacred spaces for healing and transformation. I weave in practices that invite a sense of greater being while rooting into the deep well of our body’s wisdom. Relinquishing the layers between our conditioned patterns to rekindle our innate intelligence.

As a mother now, my focus is on tending to my baby girl while also hosting monthly Bhakti gatherings to serve and support our local community at The Shanti Space.

For this event, I will bring a heart-womb meditation complemented by alchemy singing bowls to alchemise and nourish the gentle tendrils of our heart of hearts, the Collective Heart.

Paula Andreewitch

My practice and teaching integrates movement practices, philosophical teachings, chanting, and breath awareness.

The focus is on process over destination, retrieving intuition and feeling, and honouring the exquisite intelligence of the body.

I’m interested in how the practice can help us to notice the interconnectedness within all things, and remember ourselves as inherently well made, whole and enough.

From that place I believe we can enmesh our findings into every aspect of our lives and ultimately look after ourselves, others, and our environment better.

I believe the practice provides us with the opportunity to re-sensitise to our own aliveness; not only to get skilled at self sensing, but to reanimate our capacity to feel the continuum between self-body-other-world.
